2. No guarantee of results

Signals describe recent price action using standard technical indicators. They do not predict future prices. Any signal can be wrong, and past or hypothetical performance is not a reliable indicator of future results. We make no representation that any account will or is likely to achieve profits or avoid losses. The "agreement" figure shown with a signal measures consensus between indicators and is not a probability of success.

3. High-risk products

Short-term trading, binary options, CFDs, forex and crypto-assets are high-risk, can be volatile, and in many cases involve leverage. Regulators and providers' own risk warnings commonly report that a majority of retail accounts lose money. Very short expiry times amplify the effect of costs, spreads and timing.

4. Data accuracy and availability

• Market data is supplied by a third party (Twelve Data) and may be delayed, incomplete, adjusted or contain errors.
• Prices from your broker or trading platform may differ from the data used by AlphaX, including for instruments no public feed covers.
• Markets close, gap and move quickly; a signal can be out of date within seconds.
• Service interruptions, rate limits and plan restrictions on third-party APIs can prevent signals from loading.

5. Independent software, not a broker

AlphaX is not a broker, dealer, exchange, investment adviser or fund manager. We do not hold client money, execute trades or connect to your trading account. Any decision to trade is solely yours, and you are solely responsible for any resulting gains or losses.

6. Legal restrictions

Trading certain products, including binary options and leveraged derivatives, is restricted or prohibited in some countries and for some categories of client. It is your responsibility to make sure that using this website and trading in your location is lawful. AlphaX is not directed at residents of any jurisdiction where its use would be contrary to local law. You must be at least 18 years old.

These Terms govern your access to and use of the AlphaX website and app (the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

AlphaX provides indicator-based analysis built on market data from third-party providers. It is informational only and is subject to the Risk Disclosure, which forms part of these Terms.

3. Licenses

• A license key grants a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service.
• You may not share, resell, publish or sublicense your key, or attempt to bypass or extract license checks.
• We may suspend or revoke keys that are shared, abused or obtained fraudulently.
• Purchases are processed on our store (buy.alphx.online). Prices, delivery and refund terms stated at checkout apply. For billing questions, contact support.

4. Third-party services and your API key

The Service uses third-party services such as Twelve Data for market data. You must obtain your own API key and comply with the provider's terms and rate limits. We do not control third-party services and are not responsible for their availability, accuracy or pricing.

5. Acceptable use

• Do not use the Service unlawfully, to harass others, or to interfere with its operation.
• Do not scrape, reverse engineer, copy or redistribute the Service or its content except as permitted by law.
• Do not present AlphaX output to others as guaranteed, risk-free or as personal financial advice.

6. Intellectual property

The AlphaX name, logo, design and software are owned by their respective rights holders and protected by law. Third-party names and marks belong to their owners and are used for identification only.

7. No warranty

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, reliability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, trading losses or lost profits arising from your use of the Service. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for your license in the 12 months before the claim.

9. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your breach of these Terms or your unlawful use of the Service.

10. Changes and termination

We may update the Service or these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept them. We may suspend or end access if you breach these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time and erase local data from the Privacy page.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the operator's place of establishment, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence are not affected.

AlphaX is designed to collect as little personal data as possible. There is no user account system and no AlphaX database holding your information. This policy explains what happens to data when you use the Service.

1. Data stored on your device

The following is saved in your browser's local storage on your own device and is not transmitted to AlphaX:

• License status: whether you have activated a key.
• Twelve Data API key: the key you enter, used to request market data.
• Signal log: markets, timeframes, directions and prices of signals you generated.
• Preferences & consent: your acceptance of the Terms and notice dismissals.

AlphaX itself does not set tracking cookies. You can erase all of the above at any time using the button below.

2. Data sent to third parties

• Twelve Data: when you request a signal, your browser sends the market symbol, timeframe and your API key directly to Twelve Data, which also sees your IP address. Their privacy policy applies.
• Content delivery networks: fonts, icons and styling libraries load from Google Fonts, cdnjs and Tailwind's CDN. These providers receive your IP address and browser details as part of serving files.
• Links you click: Telegram support, our store and the partner broker are separate services with their own privacy practices. Affiliate links may use tracking identifiers so that commissions can be attributed.

3. Purchases

License purchases are handled by our store at buy.alphx.online. Payment and contact details you provide there are processed under that store's own policies.

4. Support conversations

If you contact support on Telegram, we receive the information you choose to send, such as your username and messages. We use it only to help you and keep it no longer than needed.

5. Legal bases and purpose

Local storage is used because it is necessary to deliver the features you request (for example remembering your license). Where law requires consent, we ask for it when you first use the Service.

6. Your rights

Because AlphaX holds no personal profile about you, most data is under your direct control on your device. Depending on where you live you may have rights to access, correct, delete or restrict data held about you by us. Contact us via Telegram to exercise them for any support or purchase records.

7. Security

Data stays in your browser and requests use HTTPS. Anyone with access to your device or browser profile could view locally stored data, so protect your device. Do not enter your API key on shared computers.

8. Children

The Service is for adults only (18+). We do not knowingly collect data from children.

We may update this policy and will change the date above when we do.
